http://giannopoulos.shop deliveries are made within three (3) working days from their confirmation. In case the goods aren’t ready to be delivered, the time of the delivery depends on the supplier. In such a case the customer will get a notification regarding his/her delivery.

Orders are shipped / delivered in the following ways:

· Via Courier (Speedex)

· Transport company

The processing of orders takes place Monday until Friday from 10:00 to 18:00. Orders completed on Saturday, Sunday or on public holiday are processed on the first working day from the date of the order.

*Shipments and deliveries are not made on Sundays and holidays.

**The Customer undertakes the obligation to provide every possible access for the delivery of the products.
